Basic Services Include
- Daily on-site presence and inspections to maintain project site is in compliance and in accordance to client project specifications
- Confirm operation procedures and assist with quality and safety work
- Coordinate and oversee construction craft and coordinate third party inspection requirements
- Conduct safety meetings, prepare/verify permits, manage work site, and report progress to client’s key personnel
- Verify trade and industry standards, code requirements, and company QA/QC procedures
- Monitor OSHA/client safety regulations and make recommendations to correct noncompliance
- Maintain accurate documentation for Project Book throughout the project and submit upon project completion
- Advise of violations and non-conforming work and help identify and implement appropriate corrective action
- Oversee the integrity of client facilities and equipment involved in the project
- Participate as requested in project safety meetings
- Make recommendations and assist with compliance by all employees and sub-contractor personnel of local and national regulatory requirements, ordinances, zoning regulations, and contract specifications
- Communicate with all employees and sub-contractors the project’s compliance expectations
